Q.In the film 'Valkyrie', Bill Nighy's character signs the order to deploy the Home Army in blue pencil. Why does a Wehrmacht general use blue pencil to sign an order?
A.Blue pencils are used in signing documents as they will not show up in lithographs and therefore prevent duplication. Copy editors also use blue pencils.
